Learning to breathe well can be a real game-changer when it comes to our Pilates practice.
However, despite breathing being one of the 6 principles, and an action we've been using all our lives, connecting the breath to our movement can often be a frustrating and elusive goal, within our practice. Discover how to use the breath as a tool, not a rule. This fun, interactive and explorative workshop will reveal simple ways to unite the breath and movement, unleash our hidden Pilates powers, and help us to invigorate, energize and uplift our students’ Pilates workouts. Journeying through the classical mat exercises, we’ll ride the wave of breath and movement to open our lungs, hearts and minds.
